The Glossary contains terms defined under JIS Z 6015:2022, as well as document management terms necessary for business activities, record management terms and IT terms pertaining to document information management.
Regarding the definitions of terms, priority has been placed on the definitions in JIS Z 6015:2022. For other terms, definitions have been chosen, in declining order of priority, from those in other JIS standards, those based on documents published by public organizations and those based on documents published in JIIMA. In case there are multiple glossaries found concurrently in identical content, the glossary found in JIS takes priority, and JIS terms that approximate the original take priority.
